The room we had included a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge. We met amiable and really kind staff at this hotel. The location was particularly good and great, close to everything and the interior design was excellent:)

The hotel was reliable and quiet, nonetheless I stayed for 4 nights only. Favourable and magnificent location, the property was close to a train station. The hotel was close to the heart of the Coimbra. Appreciated a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a microwave in the room...

The rooms are clean and beautifully maintained with coffee/tea making equipment, a dining area, and a writing table. The location is favorable and great, just next door to most sightseeing spots, the train station, old town, and buses. It's also right in the heart of the action.

The employees were very nice and helpful during my stay. They provided great service and made me feel welcome. the hotel was clean and cozy, making it a comfortable place to stay. The location was also convenient, as it was within walking distance to everything I needed. I also appreciated being able to find a parking spot easily on the street.

The soundproofing in the rooms was very poor. I could hear people coming in and out of their rooms and talking in the neighboring rooms, which was quite disruptive to my sleep.

The room was great value for money, with a private bathroom, refrigerator, oven, and cooktop. The full kitchen was a plus. The staff were friendly and top-class, ready to assist with any request. The hotel had a particularly good location near a Catholic parish church and was close to everything.

We had the most pleasant stay at the charming property in Coimbra. Liliana, our lovely host, went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The modern and clean facility was beautifully decorated and conveniently located near the train station and all the attractions. The kitchen, although small, had all the essentials for cooking meals. We highly recommend City Charm for its warm hospitality and prime location.

The staff at this hotel was very friendly and helpful, making sure our stay was enjoyable. They provided useful advice on local attractions and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to shops, cafes, and public transportation. We were also pleasantly surprised to find a well-equipped kitchen where we could make our own meals.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The room we were assigned was quite small, making it difficult for two people to comfortably move around and open our suitcases.

I had a cozy and comfortable room with a big comfortable bed and crisp linen. The bathroom was clean with a good shower. The location of the hotel was excellent, right in the heart of the old town and close to all the attractions. Liliana, one of the staff members, was very friendly and gave great recommendations for places to see and eat. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was a bit small for two people and there wasn't enough space to open both of our suitcases. The hot water in the shower was a bit unreliable, but it wasn't a major issue.

There were a few aspects of the hotel that I didn't particularly enjoy. the lack of an elevator made it difficult for us to carry our suitcases up to our room, especially since we were on the third floor.
